Hi Tam, I'm glad you decided to say hi. It seems we have a few things in common. I am 51 now, am 5' tall as well, and my weight's been an issue for me, for way too long.

Hello everyone, I'm Tam or almost51. I'm so happy to have found all of you! I'm 139lbs. and there is a big wedding in our family this year. Last years big wedding found me at 149lbs. I said I'd never go to another wedding fat. I'm just 5' tall so as you can imagine, I am over-weight. I just lost 10lbs. on my own but now I feel the need for support. And here you are! And I'm so glad! Thank You! Tam
