Hello everyone.

I've been using MyFitnessPal for I want to say 3 years now. Recently, I've had constant issues with the sync between my Fitbit and MFP. Not to mention the app has become supper lagging and that makes logging a pain. So I'm going to try Sparkpeople again (tried it in the past, but can't remember why I didn't stick around).

Some background information about me:

I'm a stay-at-home mom of 2 boys (4 yrs and 2 yrs) and I'm 5'4.5".
In 2011, I was pregnant with my first son. I started the pregnancy at just under 200 lbs and by 34 wks (Dec 2011) I was in the 250's. I had preeclampsia and it resulted in an emergency c-section at 34 wks. By 6 wks postpartum (Jan 2012) I was 260 lbs. That is when I began working on my weight.
In 2012, I didn't use any calorie counting tools. I was extremely restrictive in what I ate and I'm positive now that the diet I had imposed on myself was not healthy at all. I lost weight fairly quickly and was able to stick to the restrictive eating for 4-6 months that year. Eventually it became too much for me and I stopped. I was able to maintain the weight I had lost (60 lbs) until the holidays hit at which point I gained 20 lbs back.
In March of 2013, I started using MFP. I was given a Fitbit Zip in April of that year and purchased a food scale in May or June. I made it down to 170 lbs by September and then found out I was pregnant.
Fast forward 41 wks to May 2014. I was 212 lbs at my 41 wk appointment which was 2 days before my c-section. I didn't start working out again until September 2014 (c-section recovery took a bit longer then expected), but by Dec 31st I was 159.6 lbs.
In 2015 I joined the local YMCA which gave me access to equipment that I hadn't had access to in years. I started Stronglifts 5x5 in Feb and was also running on days I didn't lift. I was 130 lbs (my original weight goal) by August that year. I have been bouncing back and forth between working on weight maintenance or losing a few more pounds since then. As a result, my current trend weight is 122.5 lbs. Recently I switched from Stronglifts to Strong Curves and I have decided to try to lose a few more vanity pounds.
