Having those types of foods around makes it more difficult. What I do is make sure that I also have some low calorie substitutes that I like around and ready to munch on if I get a snack attack. My favorite is fresh veggies and roasted garlic hummus. When I ring the veggies home from the store, I wash them and cut them into sall dipping size pieces, then all I have to do is grab the containers of veggies and hummus and I have my snack. even though its extra food at least it is a lot lower in calories and good for me.

I have just recently started with spark. I love to workout and "know" how to eat right, but I am still overweight because I can not get myself to stop eating.

The other night while watching TV I sat down and ate a lot of candy and bread, even though the last part of it I knew I wasn't hungry just couldn't stop. I live with other people so I can't just not have bad food choices in my house.

I would love any advice people have to help me curtail this activity. I know I should and I even say that while I am doing it, but I still can't stop. Or anyone that will hold me accountable for my actions.

Thanks you.
