Hi, welcome to the team!
I figure I am doing well just not gaining from Thanksgiving through new year's. Primarily what I do is eat a little lighter the day before and the day after any "food activities" and try to take it easier at the food fest.

Just starting my weight loss journey. Have joined a gym and am committed to eating better. Pretty motivated, but have doubts of staying that way. I wanted to start now to avoid gaining even more weight over the holidays. Lots of work food activities planned as well as holiday parties.
