Hi, welcome to the team!
For quick snack or as a veggie with meals I like roasted garlic hummus as a dip for fresh veggies: carrots, celery, peppers, zucchini etc. I keep the veggies cut up so all I have to do is grab a some out of the refrigerator and put some hummus on the plate.

Day 1 - I want to lose a small chunk, around 75 lbs. starting with food tracker first couple weeks and adding in excercise.

What are your 3 favorite foods that give you the most energy or fill you up? (Low calorie, high fiber, high protein)."The details matter less than the power packed food options I should consider as I head to the grocery store this week)
