Hi everyone ! Im a 31 stay at home mom of 3 kids. 5 years ago I weight 125-130 pounds, now I am up to 173. I live in Jefferson county, but originally from South County/ Lemay. Ive been on Weight Watchers for over a year and have only lost 7 pounds to date. I did lose 20, but 13 of that was due to stress and not eating for a week, then gained it all 13 back in less than a month. Its time to try something different.
