I've found this site to be very helpful for motivation. My favorite things are the nutrition (foods eaten) and fitness (exercise) trackers. There is all kinds of information on a variety of topics. And I recommend joining several Spark Teams.

I loved the "Golden Rule" that was on our childhood rulers back in the 50s. It's as important today as it was back then:
Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.

Hello! My name is Susan and I am having a hard time losing weight even though I am trying. It is hard to stay consistent. I am hoping Spark People will keep me motivated instead of giving up and quitting. I really want to get this weight off and reach my goals.
