Welcome to the team!

The best thing you could do is start making healthy food choices for yourself and help him make his own. I'm sorry if I'm assuming wrongly that it's more a dietary issue. If that isn't the case, I would definitely discuss the problem with his pediatrician to b rule out any other problems.

I'm a mom of a 8 year old girl and 10 year old boy. My son has a weight "problem" that is only getting worse emoticon . I have one myself. I've recently started Weight Watchers through work and am engaged in helping him loose lbs too and us both eat healthier. He's very physically active but cannot seem to loose weight. I'm hoping to talk with parents who are also struggling kids with Weight problems and get support and help and learn new things/ ways to help him. Thanks :)
