Week 3 Action Plan (this was really nice!
Review your stress tracker. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I was stressed b/c I was trying so hard to work out 2 hours before my kids were up at 7am... I am relaxing a little. I am focusing more on how many calories I am burning, NOT how many minutes. It was totally stressing me out and I know I'll plateau if I just focus on minutes.

* Planning meals weekly with my husband has really helped the stress of what we are eating and how healthy it is....planning helps my stress.

Maintain a positive outlook.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My husband and I really want to move. The area we live has went downhill in the past five years and the school taxes have doubled. Staying positive in that we are fixing up our house and if the area gets better, then we get to stay...if not, we will be able to sell a little easier;-)

Start a daily stress-reduction routine.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I am making my workouts more calorie burning.. Working harder releases more stress for me. Just walking on the treadmill is nice, but really burning those calories is so nice;-)
