Hello Netta,

Welcome to the team and to SP!! You have come to the right place.

I would suggest simple walking in the beginning to get in your regular exercise.

Walking goes a long way!! Just make sure you use the nutrition tracker and you will be well on your way.

My problem is excersice because I messed up my knee trying out zumba. It was alittle to fast and I didn't stretch so, now I don't know what excersice to do with a messed up knee. Im working on the healthy eating but, I have trouble here and there with the sweets. The weekends are the hardest. and im feeling overwhelmed not being able to excersice like I want!
