I started doing just 30min of cardio 5 days a week and it has turned out great for me so far. Hopefully you can find the motivation you need to do well.

hello everyone thank you all for welcoming me to this new site , i am 45 years old , i have 3 old boys sammy 24, joseph 21, and my baby michael 18 , i have been married for almost 26 years , i am one of the people that gets bored fast , i just quit WW after a year ,i lost 10 lbs and i put them back on its very frustrated for me cause i need 20 lbs to be at my normal weight ,i am getting off prozac that i have been taking for 15 years , witch triggers to some weight gain no matter how active or healthy eater i am , i have high cholesterol for years it goes up and down takes med for it ,i need a lot of motivation to loose these lbs i am attending 5 weddings this summer and i need to look my best please help thank u so much
