You can do this. It sure does get hard when you are dealing with injuries. just don't give up.

I'm 6'1 and at 228lbs right now. I'm just fighting to get back under 200lbs again at this point.

You can not change yesterday - it's done.
You can only dream of tomorrow.
The only day you can change is today.
What are you going to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?

It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it GREAT

73 inches that is - 6'1" & right now 238 #. This is my 2nd go round at getting to a healthy weight. I got down to 173 in 2010 but the tried over & over to quit smoking - gaining 5 to 10 pounds at each try. I gave up losing to weight to lose the cigarettes & finally succeeded. Now it's time to lose the weight too. I'm currently too small for a size 18 but too large for a size 16 - hate the tweener's size.

I was doing really well over the last 4 to 5 weeks & then my knee gave out on me again. So I'm focusing on ST & doing some brisk walking (marching is more like it as it doesn't bother my knee).

Be careful when you pass judgement on another. Life teaches us lessons in harsh ways when we are mean to others.
