Congrats on being able to EBF this time! That's awesome!

I was never one to have the weight fall off of me while breastfeeding, with any of my children (I have 4). If I even did too intense of a workout I would get clogged ducts. The thing that worked for me was walking on the treadmill 5-6 days a week for 45 mins/day and keeping sodium low and potassium high.

ROLL TIDE!
One day or day one. You decide.

You don't need another human being to make your life complete, but let's be honest. Having your wounds kissed by someone who doesn't see them as disasters in your soul but cracks to put their love into is the most calming thing in this world.

Hello! I'm not a new mom- I have 3 children, but have finally been able to EBF my now 4 month old. I'm afraid to lose too much and wanted to see what everyone is doing to lose the weight. I've had success before with high protein/veggies/fruits so am going that route. Not eliminating carbs just focusing on whole grains. Hopefully it won't bother lo's tummy.

NO EXCUSES
