Congratulations!

More then likely you wouldnt want to be on bc any way-can cause problems with milk production. Most, people though don't ovulate till at least 6 months while breastfeeding. You may want to check out natural spacing books. Things like making sure you sleep with the lights off, feed as much as you can-through the night, etc, the longer you put off ovulation usually. :) So exclusively breastfeeding is kind of a natural bc. lol

Hi everyone! We just had our first baby and I am about to hit my 6 weeks of recovery time. I am 214 right now and am ready to loose the baby weight. I have always struggled with my weight and want to get off to a fantastic start on Monday. I feel motivated more than ever (especially since we are not using birth control) it took many years to get our little guy. I want to be in much better shape if God gives us a second child. So excited to join the team!! YAY!
