The nutrition tracker is a wonderful help. Also reading the articles what portion sizes/control and what the right foods to eat are big helps. Chatting frequently on your teams, will also help, especially if you are having a hard time and you need a little motivation.

I am from Anaconda and just signed up for sparkpeople tonight. Am looking to loose 80 pounds. Wow just writing that it makes me realize what a huge amount of weight I have gained. Not overnight and it wont leave overnight either I know. I am reluctant to exercise. Always easy for me to put it off. Any suggestions? emoticon
