Hello and welcome!! I am a newbie too, just a few weeks but I love it. I love embroidery also by the way! I just embroidered a baby quilt and I haven't done it since my kids were little. LOL I will be getting in alot more of it as new babies start popping up! Have a great day!

emoticon taking the time to learn about you and how your habits affect your daily life is a large part of making healthy lifestyle changes. When you use the trackers you get a better idea of what you need to eat in order to fuel your body in a healthy way. Exercising I think is a big issue for many of us, if it wasn't we wouldn't be here so take it one day at a time and do your best to add a little bit more each day. Soon you will be craving the movement and refueling the body so you can shake rattle and roll. emoticon

Hi Everyone. I am 48 years old and will lose my extra weight! My weight has crept up over the past 10 years and I am now at my all time high. The reason is simple - I love to eat and am not crazy about exercise. I have tried all types of diets which probably would have worked if I had really tried. I have enjoyed Spark People so much in just this first few days. For the first time I am focusing on the process as well as the goals. I have 4 kids, 2 grown & 2 in high school. I work more than full-time in my embroidery store and I love to read. Thanks for reading about me!
