Good Morning!

I am looking to actively participate in this group - so I just wanted to introduce myself! I'm Steph - I am 30 - looking to lose 100 pounds (80 of it from baby weight!).

I have decided to "hit the reset button" - and will be transforming,Soul, Mind and Body! I am so excited to see where this journey takes me! I'll be blogging (video and written) my ups and downs and I invite you to come say "hi" express support, give ideas...etc. I'll be doing the same in this group and individual boards.
