Welcome to the team!! I recommend jumping into the daily chat line, and also joining the 5% challenge. It gives you perspective as you lose!
Also don't be overwhelmed. They say to start with 3 small changes, and then add more after 10 days. I suggest 64oz or more water daily, 10 min of exercise, and 5 freggies!

I am new to this site and the group, still learning how the pages works and what i have to do each day but as like everyone I have a goal and that is to lose weight, It's easy said then done for sure, 3500 calories to burn to only lose one pound, WOW I have 143 pounds to burn to reach my goal or you can say ideal weight, but just wanted to say I am here to stay this is actually day 2 for me, I pray that everyone succeeds
