Terika--Glad you are here. Don't get discouraged, you have made a good choice.

I always recommend that people start small with 2-3 changes for the 1st week, and the adding more the next week. When I first started in was 64oz of water, 5 freggies, ad 10 minutes of exercise. Now I can go for well over an hour, no soda, and about 8 freggies.

We have a few challenges going, and you can join all of them now, or when you are up to it.
I highly suggest jumping into the daily chat line, and joining the 5% challenge to give you perspective.

Is always better then the first, right? Well I hope so glad to see this group again never really posted here but was always in the forum reading. I know I am going to need a lot of support.
