I would like to introduce myself, my name is Karen and my goal is to lose 33 pounds by January but I hope to lose these before December. I have already lost 5 pounds since the beginning of April but realize it is definitely my diet and portion size that I am struggling with , so hopefully I can learn how to monitor calories etc. I have never understood how to calorie count so its going to be a new learning tool. Looking forward to your success stories and techniques..thanks
