Again, if you are interested---The class is 8am-9am (actually it may be closer to 45-50 min rather than an entire hour). All you need is a mat and a hand towel. I will be there tomorrow myself. I believe she will be having this class weekly this spring but I do not know the summer schedule so it is best just to check with Kim before coming or get on her email notification.

The family and I often go down to the Loveland trail and park by the Train Stop. I love it for the scenic views and most times take my camera with me. My daughter used to take dance lessons at the Ohio Ballet Tech years ago, so I am very familiar where it is at, but was not aware that they had offered things like pilates. Thanks for the heads up.

Welcome! I am from Morrow OH so pass through Maineville on my way to anywheres! If you or your wife like pilates, there is a great Saturday morning "drop-in" class for $7 with a great personal trainer at Ohio Ballet Tech on Old 3C highway, close to the "monkey bar" --I think it is called the Train Stop? at the entrance of the bike trail at Fosters Bridge. She also has other great classes in various places in Maineville/Kings/Morrow area for both men and women. I promote her all the time as she has changed my exercise life. Hey guys, been on SP for about a week or so now. Getting into it slowly. The wife and I joined around the sametime after we heard it was working for a relative of ours. We have two teens (boy and girl) that keep our lives busy but fulfilled. We are hoping that the site will bring changes to our bad habits and help us all to a happier and healthier life.
