Hello,
I'm new here on SP, so I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong place. Anyway, one of my goals is to become more fit and strong, and to push myself physically to see what I'm capable of accomplishing. Before I achieve this, I need to start adding gradual activity and movement that is realistic and sustainable. I always seem to hit the ground running when it comes to exercise, but it never lasts. Can anyone here recommend a beginners challenge that might help keep me motivated and hold me accountable? Thank you so much!
