Yes I just took it again after reading the email. Thanks again. Have you read the MSNBC.com vitamin article they have today on "A vitamin a day may do more harm than good". Good article.

I took mine this morning. I take 2 childrens vitamins because I can chew them and they taste better than the pills. I have also tried the viativ vitamin chews. Those are pretty good but the best are the childrens. I also take a calcium with vit. D becuase the Vitamin D helps your body absorb the calcium better and calcium helps curb cravings.

Regarding the naseua, this is often due to not eating food while taking them. Take your vitamins in the middle of your meal, not at the begining or end. This will help your food to digest them better and get better absorption. Also, if you are taking separate B vitamins, these will often cause an upset stomache too. You need to just make sure you take them all with food. This helps me a lot.

Hi Everyone!
I would like to join you on this as I am very bad at remembering to take my vitamin and calcium pills, plus another reason I don't like taking them is they make me nauseous. But I know I need these and so here goes emoticon
I just took them, thanks for being my daily reminder.

Yes, I take one with breakfast everyday.
After I started taking them everyday, I have had fewer respiratory ailments. This has been noticeable over a period of about 5 years. Maybe it is coincidental, but I'm a believer now.

Yep! Everyday with breakfast. Good to take them first thing in the morning so your body can get the most from them.

I carry a vitamin case with me wherever I go to make sure I take mine everyday. I have a whole pharmacy of vitamins that I take. LOL! Good Luck with this!
