I can't do the daily or weekly weigh ins. They actually cause me to give up! Yes, when I weight the same after a week when I think I should have lost, it depresses me and I give up. I'm trying a new strategy....monthly weigh in or possibly every 2 weeks. I still have a cycle even though I'm almost 55, yes, I know, that's hard for you to believe, imagine me! Anyway, I weighed in on the 15th this month, so I may do the 1st and 15th of March, or just the 15th so it will be a whole month. I think the 2 pounds per week will be easily an 8 pound loss in March.
