i've also been at the same weight for 2 weeks and yesterday i've started eating in the low end range again. today i'll be doing some belly dancing later and hope to shake some of those last pounds off ;)
Can I join. I weigh myself daily. I have gotten into the bad habit of not recording what I eat on the weekends. Today I weighed in at 167.6 down over a pound from yesterday. I have been at a standstill for almost a month so this was a great number. Debbie

I would like to lose a pound a week until I reach my goal of between 140 and 150.
I would like to join your group. I'm in the middle of my second week. The first week I lost 4 pounds. But when I weighed this morning I gained a pound. I've been fighting the nighttime snack bug. Maybe this will help squish him. LOL I also quit smoking Saturday night. I have been fighting myself not to put things in my mouth (hard candy, gum, etc). I weighed 167 pounds this morning. My weekly weigh ins are on Tuesdays. That's when I'll adjust my ticker tape. I like to keep up with my weekly and monthly loses.

The excel sheet is just something I made on my own on my computer before I joined SparkPeople, but something I still do, with Microsoft Excel where I keep track of my food and past weights and past calories and all that kind of thing. Excel is just a spreadsheet program.

you are talking about something different then what you get in nutrition, it give you the diet for the day or week and you can replace one food for another if you do not like it and you get the carlories taken for the week also tell you the potasuium, protein, sodium etc. Can i ask you what is an excel sheet? flora
i've checked the cal in vs cal out table and..guess what? i ate kinda of too much. i should have stayed within 1200-1250 cal even though i do more cardio. so today i was back at 1206 and a perfect 55-30-15 percentages YEY ME!
i sure hope i found the problem lol 2 weeks hovering aroung 150-152 is enough for me LOL
this morning i was the same 127. at least i am happy it did not go up. Yesterday went to the restaurant a few friend that came visiting , we grew up together so was fun and not to gain even more lol good lucky all. I am off to do my exercise
oh i've checked the excel chart and i've seen this is a pattern for me...going up and down for like 2 weeks and then going down another kilo and so on...so the trand is downward. i've learnt my lesson in 2 months: don't give up no matter what! plus i really don't fancy indulging in the vacation so i'd better be good at it constantly. i talked yesterday to my in-laws and i told my "mom" i will appreciate if she prepared salads and fish for me:) and she is more than happy to do this...yey! at least one bettle won !
i am off to writing. had a pretty rough talk to my boss yesterday...oh well.

i still have many of his video and atually i sweat as much doing Richard Simon as i do when i do Turbo Jam and in the video i have you do punch and different things that remind me of the Turbo jam. The one i did of simoms lately is SWEATIN' TO THE OLDIES 3. YOU LOSS REAL GOOD KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
i really woke up on the wrong side of the bed today with an awful headache and the net not working. and b4 i knew it i ate half of breakfast and i didn't step on the scale...oh well maybe i can teach myself to do it every other day or so...LOL so, reporting tomorrow lol
