I think yes! I purchased a exercycle at a yard sale this past summer. I used it sporadically until this month when I started using it daily, gradually building up my time and exertion level. I have finally truly incorporated it into my daily routine! It's my ME time!



I continually strive to be the person my dogs think I am.

It was hard, and a lot of trail and error before I finally figured out what works best.

I go to school, and work all day. I also have a son, and fiance to take care of, so the gym used to be the last thing on my mind.

But, I get up at 5:30 am, most morning and hit the gym up for about an hour. Then I go home, shower and get ready for school and work. I am fortunate enough that my fiance doesn't work in the mornings, so he is able to get the baby up and ready to take him to daycare.

So that is how I work it in :) I used to try to go at night, after I put my son down but I was too exhausted from 9 hours of school and work.

Did a "butt" video , and am heading now to go do a Leslie Sansone DVD for my cardio. It's been a pretty good week! Not perfect, but pretty good!! emoticon

Yes! I recently read something on here from someone who said, "if I have time for a shower, I have time for a work out" ... and I kind of took that and ran. I feel like I need to shower every day, and honestly working out is so much more important to my body that showering!

Yes - mornings are the best for me. Then I have something done. I can always add an afternoon workout if I want to, but don't have to either.

YES! Started with 10 minutes a day AND walking to work 2x a week. It's a mile round trip, a little hilly but I'm determined! Good day to all:)
