I slept ok...went to bed too late as usual. However, a friend of mine suggested valerian root... It tried it and I results are inconclusive. I need a night when I am in full swing insomnia and not knock down drag out tired like I was lastnight.
The best thing I have done is move my office stuff, desk, computer, printer etc out of my bedroom. I created a nice little are in my walk in closet for all that stuff and I am in the process of making my room all about relaxation and rest. It is a work in progress but I feel more restful and relaxed in the room already!
