"What advice would you give me, for times when dieting makes me tired?"

IF dieting makes you tired, you aren't eating enough and/or enough healthy balanced nutrients.

Dieting does NOT work. It is a healthy lifestyle that works. I suggest that you bulk cook meals and freeze them in single-serve containers so that you have some nutritionally sound meals for those occasions when you don't have the time, or are too tired for ''non-food related' reasons.

I always bulk-cook a number of serves at a time, and have built up quite a variety of proteins (to go with the variety of veges I cook (for 3-4 days) and I also have quite a variety of full meals, and soups in the freezer. I could go well in excess of a month without having to cook any meal at all but still eat very well.

Hi members,
I am doing Nutrisystem with an eye towards having a low-sodium diet.
What advice would you give me, for times when dieting makes me tired?
Or, for when I miss my favorite foods?
