Any time you change something about your goals, your calorie range will update based on that information. So I'm sure your updates are what caused the change.

Congrats!

Another idea related to my question below. I changed my goal this week to 168 (used to be 170, I think).

I'm thinking that's what might have caused the calorie range to increase.

Thanks!

I've been on Spark for 13+ years. I use the old program, so it's not the program that automatically changes your calorie range based on exercise.

Today, I went to log last night's meal and saw my calorie range had been raised to 1640. My high end used to be 1560.

I'm confused because I've never had this happen before. I HAVE lost almost all of those last pesky 20 pounds that I've been hanging on to for several years. Does losing weight OR being very close to your goal automatically raise your calorie range?

Thanks for your help!

Stephanie
