How could I include more fiber in my meals and also protein? My numbers are low in my nutritional daily report. I'd like to meet the norms

Scroll down to the bottom of your nutrition tracker and under Tools and Settings click "Don't Show Meal Plans".

Hi, could someone please help me? I don’t know what I did but SP meal planning is showing on where I am posting what I am eating. I prefer not to see it there. Thank you
