Trader Joes Cobb Salad. This is our "fast food" for when I've been slow to plan out dinner. It's 400 calories dressed and has things in it like luscious blue cheese and bacon, which we normally don't eat because of the calorie issues. Wow...it's good. We each have a small crisp apple for dessert and the meal is perfect. I dunno if it can really be called a "drive through" experience, but this works for us.
I love the Apple Walnut salads I get a Kroger. I usually make my own tho. I keep it pretty simple: spring mix greens or spinach, cherry tomato, celery leaves, and sometimes green pepper. I like changing up my dressing: sometimes acv and olive oil with salt & pepper or lemon juice with salt & pepper.

This is probably not a popular response, but I love grabbing a 12 oz can of V8 juice as an instant veggie boost. I have noticed that I really hate making salads, but I love eating veggies. So I drink one big can of V8 per day (2 veg servings) and warm up frozen veggies to jazz up my meals. It's easy to get 5 veg per day this way.

HEB's Sweet Kale Chopped Salad Kit when I am in a pinch. It has shaved broccoli, kale, brussels sprouts, green cabbage and radicchio with poppy seed dressing, cranberries and pepitas. Only 150 calories per serving.
My favorites lately have been the bagged chopped salad mixes. So easy to tear one open and have dinner half ready. We really like the "asian" one but none of them are bad. I rotate through different ones each week. Trader Joe's also has a broccoli kale slaw we eat a lot, and a spinach salad with cranberries and chickpeas we love.
If I make one from scratch I tend to go with a bed of spinach and top with whatever is on hand. Sliced apple or pear, dried cranberries or blueberries, fresh berries, canned mandarins, chopped egg and blue cheese, pecans or walnuts. Roasted beets are good too.

My favorite is a taco salad almost exactly the same as the person below! The base is a sturdy crunchy lettuce like romaine, purple cabbage, veggies, taco seasoned turkey, black beans, and salsa mixed with plain greek yogurt for dressing.
I also love a Greek salad with cucumber, tomato, feta, chickpeas, olives, red onion, oregano and lemon juice.
Spinach, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, radishes, black olives, avocado, artichoke, corn, peas, feta cheese, croutons. I usually get any combination of these at the food store salad bar with what's available.

1: Diced mini cucumbers, halved grape tomatoes, diced yellow or orange pepper, Italian dressing - that's my favorite side salad
2: Dinner salad: Chopped mixed baby greens (easier to toss in dressing if you cut them a bit first!), diced mini cucumbers, halved grape tomatoes, diced yellow or orange pepper, green onion, low-fat feta, sliced/diced protein (chicken, pork tenderloin, tuna, egg, tofu, whatever I have), and one of my favorite "dressings" below: - homemade ranch and yellow mustard - fresh lime or lemon juice beaten with olive oil and a little salt - fresh lime juice beaten with a little sesame oil, olive oil, soy sauce, and fresh ginger - drizzle of balsalmic reduction and olive oil - the vinegar kalamata olives come beaten with a little olive oil or mashed kalamatas
3. Taco salad - same as "dinner salad", but with no feta, and the protein is flavored with my homemade taco seasoning, then topped with mashed avocado for a dressing
