I had shrimp creole made from the recipe book Eat the Food You Love, which remakes high-fat and high-calorie dishes to more healthy dishes. It was delicious and easy!

The only person who can beat me, is me - and I can take her.

I strayed away from the "diet" and had 2 pieces of Dominos Hawaiian pizza. (My lunch consisted of peas and carrots plus potatoes and gravy.

A big bowl of goodness from Genghis Grill: chicken, shrimp, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, sugar snap peas, squash, zucchini, spinach and mandarin oranges, stir fried with a bit of teriyaki, served over brown rice.

Caloric Nightmare but delicious. I went to the intercontinental hotel in Saigon and ate at their buffet. Sea food, salads, cheese (not too easy to get here), tofu stirfry, glass noodles with crabmeat, whole grain bread, butter. And then, mango icecream, creme brulee and bread pudding. Um...tiny servings but still.

Make no little plans. They have no magic to stir men's blood and probably themselves will not be realized. Make big plans; aim high in hope and work, remembering that a noble, logical diagram once recorded will never die, but long after we are gone will be a living thing, asserting itself with ever-growing insistency. Remember that our sons and grandsons are going to do things that would stagger us. Let your watchword be order and your beacon beauty. Think big.

I ate most of a sandwich (turkey on foccaccia bread), a pretzel, a smoothie and some vitamin water zero. I'm sure I ate over my calorie intake for the day, but its hard being on a college campus, trying to get rid of your dining dollars.

One day at a time. All I can hope is tomorrow will be better :)
