Home made French bread fresh out of the oven.

I worked out 90 minutes yesterday and 45 minutes today and was otherwise very good with my diet so it was my little indulgence.

No more white bread dough in this house for awhile. Made a batch of fat free whole wheat dough today.

Lunch! I had a Mid-East style pasta salad, which was rotini noodles with chopped cucumber/tomato/onion/celery/parsley, chick peas, feta cheese and a lemon juice/olive oil dressing with a side of steamed edamame. And a glass of water with lemon squeezed in.
