I just got done eating breakfast. I had a whole wheat English muffin with 2tsp of butter, 12oz coffee with skim milk and Sweet n Low and an egg white omelet with spinach, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and Feta.

The most fantastic omelet:
1 whole egg
6 TBS egg whites
1 cup fresh spinach
2 large slices diced tomato
1/4 diced and lightly sauteed red pepper
2 oz canned mushroom
2 slices turkey lunch meat, diced
1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

and a piece of multi grain toast with it for dinner.
