Crockpot roast beef with half a small potato, half cup of carrots and a smatter of onions. 3 slender sticks of celery with natural peanut butter. (Oops! Almost forgot - shared a Nutty Buddy with my husband. He ate one and I ate one from the package.) It all fit into my calorie allowance today.
