Too much, unfortunately. I ended my healthy lunch with a piece of strawberry rhubarb pie that was fresh from the bakery yesterday. It was a gift to all at our office.

Pizza sandwich:

Take one sandwich thin and spread each side with marinara. Place one half (sauce side up) on a pan over medium heat. Top with a handful of baby spinach and a mini babybel light. Place other half of bread on top and flip. Cook until cheese is melted.
