Morningstar Spicy Black Bean Burger with a slice of Muenster cheese. My new favorite super low-cal and speedy meal on the go. Definitely not enough for a full meal but when I'm in a rush, it is way better than nothing!

I am bringing southern style collard greens (greens, a little smoked ham hock, vinegared, with a bit of onion, red pepper flake and ground pepper -- no added fat).

I will also have a fresh farmer's market tomato.

Either coffee or lemon-ed ice water.


Working on healthy: Nutritious, sustainable, day to day, low carb-ish living. AND getting out and about and exercising... Yep, better do that!

Kinda didn't have lunch today - I was gone from 10-4 today. I had breakfast at 9 and on my way home at 4 I had a scoop of chocolate custard. I plan on having a dinner that makes sense though lol
