Deli roast beef, lettuce, tomato, light Hellman's all on a WHOLE WHEAT SUB ROLL,
1/2 oz of Lightly salted chips, and crystal light peach tea!! This may seem like a lot, but I am EXTREMELY CAREFUL, to get EXTRA PROTEIN, LOW FATS, and WEIGH ALL MY PORTIONS. Before I was actually NOT EATING ENOUGH, all though hard to believe, I was putting my body into STARVATION MODE and not losing anything. At least now, it is Getting rid of BODY FAT, building LEAN muscle, and working for me, slowly but getting there! Good luck to all.

1 oz tuna with lite mayo and spicy mustard, 1/2 avocado, 2 slices tomato, 1 slice reduced fat swiss cheese; on 1/2 of a whole wheat sandwich thin, toasted. Added a bit of extra spicy mustard. It was delicious! :-)

Half of a chicken, black bean, avocado and swiss cheese wrap; split a cup of roasted vegetable soup and 20 oz flavored club soda. One of my favorite meals --- eaten outside on a sunny, breezy day under the umbrella.

A salad which consisted of: baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, 3 crushed triscuits, 1 1/2 tbsp sweet oil & vinegar dressing, 12 cocktail shrimp. Yummy.

2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 slice of whole wheat bread with 1TBSP peanut butter, and 1/2 cup of cherries (my landlord gave them to me from her farm!).

I plan on having a snack of yogurt and an apple later. I can't eat a lot in one sitting.
