today I had something that is totally out of the norm for me, nevertheless, I was craving a fried egg and cheese sandwich, so there you have it, for those who know my eating habits, you will realize this is totally out of the norm, in spite of all that fat I stayed with in and met my nutritional goals today.

I treated myself to lunch at Whole Foods today. Filled the biggest section of my plate with sesame greens, shredded beet salad, and seaweed salad. Had a couple pieces of fried barbecue tofu, a piece of Chinese tempeh, and a taste each of the mac n' cheese and the cabbage with butter and onions. Finished up with one of their homemade chocolate chip cookies from the bakery and a cup of decaf coffee at the office. :)

A whole wheat wrap stuffed with a sandwich spread I made consisting of mashed chickpeas, miracle whip, celery, lemon juice, and dill. I also had an orange and an 80-calorie piece of sharp cheddar cheese.

My school ordered bentos for the teachers so it was sashimi, some pickled daikon, rice with cod roe and shaved egg, a slice of green onion omelette, a piece of fried chicken and a shrimp patty. Good stuff but so hard to track!
