2017 and I am back again... up and down the same 5 lbs, this time on the higher side of 200, depressing since I had stayed just under 200 for almost a year. Slim is where I wanted to be in 201 & 2011! Never happened, plateaued for a long time and gave up... got off track, but never left, so am back on track again!!! Make 2012 my year!
