Soba noodle salad: buckwheat soba noodles, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, red peppers, homemade dressing.

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!

There was a BBQ, so I just took a piece of chicken (pulled off the skin), 3 potato wedges, a small serving of baked beans, and a small corn on the cob. Nothing was very good.

Fortunately I was also able to have a GIANT fruit salad!

since I started SP, I have been serving up an additonal supper and freezing it for lunches, today's was spaghetti with kidney, mushroom soup, onions, red pepper and peas all mixed together.

Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance!


2017 and I am back again... up and down the same 5 lbs, this time on the higher side of 200, depressing since I had stayed just under 200 for almost a year.
Slim is where I wanted to be in 201 & 2011! Never happened, plateaued for a long time and gave up... got off track, but never left, so am back on track again!!! Make 2012 my year! So far, did finally lose 25 lbs. over the summer, but have found about 11 of it so far, it didn't hide g
