We were out getting my Ipod charger fixed so I had a Chick-fil-A grilled chicken sandwich (without bun or pickles) and a cup of diet dr. pepper. So yummy and full of protein. Came home and had a fiber plus peanut butter fiber bar.

Today the office is ordering in, luckily I am able to find something that won't throw me off track. I'm having a tomato, mozzarella, and basil sandwich on whole grain bread and a side of tomato basil soup (small serving, only 5 oz). I'm looking forward to it!
