For lunch today, I ate A tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread, 21 tiny pretzels, Kellogg's Protein H2O drink mix (pink lemonade). That is pretty good for myself today.emoticonemoticon

3 oz chicken breast with pico degallo (fresh salsa), mixed veggies (1 cup) and butter nut squash soup 1 cup =278 calories altogether. Not bad and the best part I feel satisfied

My mom wisked me away to Wendy's for lunch and I was tempted to order fries!! I had 5 piece chicken nuggets with side Caesar salad with only 1/2 the dressing and 1/2 croutons and a white milk (2%) and plenty of water. And I was happy with myself for winning out against temptation!

Abuelo's Shrimp Mojo de Ajo with rice instead of pasta. Let me just say that this was just YUM! And comes in a perfect portion size (6 small shrimp in mojo de ajo sauce, 1/2 C cilantro style rice and 1.5 C garlic broccoli and zucchini). I was good and didn't even taste one chip!!!!

I'm tired of living on the sidelines...I'm ready to get into the race!!!!!

1 light and fit lemon yogurt-12 oz coke zero-1 onion dinner roll-.8oz cheddar cheese-50 cal worth of deli chicken meat-1/2 cup red leaf lettuce and some sliced tomato. Best sandwich ever. :]
