a personal homemade taco pizza (made on 2 pillsbury breadsticks with salsa, a little refried beans with a little bit of taco filling, fat free cheese, lettuce, onions, peppers, and 1 tablespoon of light sour cream. Less than 300 calories and i'm stuffed. definately doesn't feel like i'm eating something that is low calorie...

most days my favorite lunch is a smart ones frozen entre where i add a handfull of frozen broccoli or green beans to teh top of it when I cook it- makes it seem like a bigger meal without the extra calories.
