1 cup sprouted wheat pasta, and tuna with 1 tsp mayo.

(I eat a lot of mini-meals, so it was ok that this was fairly small... but alas, no veggies!)

Eating well and moving around feels great!

2.5 oz of potatoe, chopped in very small pieces. I added this to a frying pan with 1 tsp of olive oil and cooked till done. Added 1/4 cup frozen white corn and tossed till cooked through then scrambled in 3/4 cup of eggbeaters. Salt and peppered...absolutely yummy

Vegan ground beef with peppers and onions and a 1/2 cup of cooked rice. 2 tbsp of red pepper hummus thrown in the mix and 2 mini goya crackers with 1 tbsp of hummus. Water to drink. Sooooooo tasty and satisfying!

A salad with romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes and 3 egg whites. I use seasoned rice vinegar instead of dressing. Less calories, sodium and additives and zero fat. I also had 4 oz of turkey tenderloin.

Do you really want to know, it, was not a healthy choice, it was FRIED CHICKEN , I was not a good girl at all during lunch. Now I have to work my butt off tomorrow to get those extra calories burnt. It was not worth it , even though it did taste so good.
