Three vegetable spring roll, a large red tomato and two carrots.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

I loved my salad. 2 cups shredded Romaine. 1/2 a tomato, 1/4 cottage cheese, 1oz lowfat cheddar, 1/4 cup water packed tuna with balsamic vinegar. 1 whole boiled egg. Cottage cheese always spreads the dressing around in this salad it seems to turn the balsamic in to a creamy dressing.

Six inch chicken breast sub with no cheese, onions, lettuce, pickles, green peppers, spinach leaves, and mustard and 1/2 cup of grapes! Yummy and filling.

I'm just now starting to think about lunch. Will probably have a green salad with Newmans Olive Oil & Vinegar dressing and some lean meat on top. I've got canned chicken that is quick & easy. I like the canned chicken better than tuna because the chicken is more moist.
