my go-to is wheat mini pita, peanut butter, and a glass of skim milk. Usually my highest cal meal of the day, but worth it!

Went to IHOP and got the "IHOP for ME" small veggie omelet made with egg beaters and a side of fresh fruit. It was good and I didn't even finish it.

For the first time in months my husband and I are going out for breakfast! We're going to this great little place in town where we can eat outside and soak up the sunshine before heading to the farmer's market. I'm going to order the vegetarian omelet with egg whites, no oil or cream with extra fruit garnish instead of potatoes on the side. Green tea to drink! emoticonemoticonemoticonemoticon

Hard boild egg and 1 cup of coffee with my favorite french vanilla creamer. I have a hard time eating breakfast, I'm not hungry and food doesn't taste good to me in the morning. So I'm super proud I got up and ate something. It's a start!

Steel cut oats - plain or with some kind of added, healthy topping (berries, sliced banana, pumpkin, dried apricots and sunflower seeds, etc.)

Almond butter sandwich - toast with almond butter and sliced strawberries and/or bananas

High fiber cereal with almond milk
