Definitely eat breakfast! I usually have either honey nut cheerios with skim milk, banana, and eggs whites or Oatmeal and strawberries and egg white omelet with some veggies.

I had 30 g of quick oats, with a tsp of honey and a cup of skim milk. I added some cinnamon and a tiny sprinkle of salt. This is one of my regular breakfasts if I'm going for a long walk or run.

only 3 cups of green tea...though that is soooo not the norm for me. I generally eat oatmeal with dried fruit and almonds over fat free cottage cheese :)
