Since I usually try and get the majority of my cardio and strength training done first thing in the mornings I make sure to eat up!
Today was Strawberries n' cream instant cream of wheat, a small banana, and a Food Lion non fat strawberry yogurt. Oh, don't forget the 1 cup of decaf. coffee and then 4 glasses of water and still counting as of right now.emoticon
