1 cup of captain crunch cereal and fat free 2 percent milk... ran out of cheerios and my mom will only buy 2percent milk! at least its fat free :)

I had weetabix with milk - which is something I have most days unless I have oats =) Always keep me full till dinner time and less tempted to snack

This morning I literally woke up 18 minutes before I had a test, so I grabbed a FiberOne bar and RAN out the door.
