three fried eggs and a rye cracker- what I've eaten for breakfast for the past 6 months during which time I have lost 60 lbs! Protien wakes my body up for the day. After 6 months, I still look forward to my breakfast every day!

I had a grilled cheese sandwich. Using 100% whole wheat potato bread 140 calories and 1 oz of american cheese 110 calories and land of lakes lowfat canola butter 50 calories.
